These terms apply to purchases made through stratum5.co.za and to use of the Stratum 5 website. The website and online store are operated in South Africa.

We aim to present product descriptions, sizes, ingredients, directions, warnings, images and prices as accurately as reasonably possible. Packaging, appearance or other non-material details may change from time to time. Product information on this website is provided for general skincare guidance and is not medical advice.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order is confirmed for fulfilment. We may cancel or decline an order where a product is unavailable, a pricing or technical error is identified, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded.

Prices are shown in South African rand unless otherwise stated. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Promotional offers, discount codes and special pricing may be subject to their own conditions and availability.

Stratum 5 delivers countrywide within South Africa. A fixed shipping fee of R130 applies. Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 days, although this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Please see our Shipping & Returns Policy for full delivery information.

Stratum 5 does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This does not limit rights available under applicable South African consumer law for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. Please see our Shipping & Returns Policy for further information.

Follow the directions and warnings provided with each product. Individual skin responses can vary. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary. Website content and product guidance are not intended to diagnose, treat or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

The Stratum 5 name, branding, website design, written content, product imagery and other materials on this site are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
