A clear routine.
Use fewer products with a clear purpose. Morning protects and supports; evening renews and restores; intensive masks belong on selected treatment nights.
Morning.
Keep the daytime sequence direct. Introduce treatment after cleansing, then moisturise and finish with broad-spectrum SPF.
Cleanse
Prepare with Gentle Cleanser.
Treat
Mito-C Defence Serum is designed for morning use. Multi-Peptide can be placed here where appropriate.
Hydrate
Follow with Hydrating Day Moisturiser.
Protect
Finish with broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher.
Evening.
Choose the evening treatment deliberately. Strong renewal formulas should not all be layered on the same night.
Cleanse
Remove the day with Gentle Cleanser and dry the skin thoroughly before stronger treatment steps.
Select one treatment path
Use a compatible serum, Bio-Retinoid, or an intensive mask according to the product directions and your planned treatment night.
Support
Use targeted serum support only where compatible with the active treatment selected for that evening.
Seal
Finish with Night Repair Moisturiser.
Plan intensive nights.
These are not extra steps to stack together. Give each treatment its own place so the routine remains controlled and easy to follow.
Bio-Retinoid nights
Use on completely dry skin in the evening. Beginners should start slowly and increase frequency as tolerated. Do not layer with other strong acids on the same night.
Follow withNight Repair or another suitable moisturiser.
View Bio-RetinoidGlycolic nights
Use the 10% Glycolic Mask as a selected resurfacing treatment. Do not combine it with retinoid treatment on the same evening.
FrequencyUse twice weekly, following the product directions.

Activated Carbon focuses on deeper clearing; Lipid-Clay takes a barrier-first purification approach. Use either mask twice weekly, choosing the formula that best suits your skin.
Golden ruleDo not allow the masks to dry completely to a cracked, dusty finish before rinsing.
Compare masksFour rules keep the routine simple.
Both the Bio-Retinoid and Glycolic instructions emphasise broad-spectrum sun protection the following morning.
Retinoid and strong acid treatment should be separated rather than layered together.
Frequency should build according to the individual product directions and skin tolerance.
Exact dose, frequency, storage and pairing information lives with each formula.
